The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to the main attractions, souk, restaurants, and the beach. the staff was exceptional and very helpful throughout our stay. the breakfast provided was outstanding, with a wide variety of options including fresh pastries, eggs, fruit, and coffee. the room we stayed in was spacious and well-maintained, with a nice bathroom and separate toilet. It also had plenty of natural light and fresh air, making it a pleasant place to relax.
Some of the rooms lacked windows, resulting in a dark and gloomy atmosphere. the decor in certain areas of the hotel seemed tasteless, with too much black used.

Spending Christmas in this hotel was amazing! the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the room was clean, comfy and well located within walking distance from all the main attractions.
One negative aspect was the noise from the walkway outside our room, which sometimes disturbed our sleep. finding the hotel in the middle of the city maze was slightly confusing.
